I had a generally pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Ankara-Kavaklidere with its great location near many restaurants and bars. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, but I did notice a cigarette smell upon entering. The breakfast buffet was quite delicious, offering a nice selection of Turkish and continental dishes, although service felt a bit rushed at times.
